Shown here in ivory polyester satin with ivory lace, this glamorous nightdress with French lace inserts both in the skirt and the bodice. It is bias cut which means it will hand beautifully and move well with the wearer.  Made to your measurements in the studios of UK designer Jane Woolrich, this luxury nightwear is a perfect special occasion gift. Please select the dress size when ordering but have ready additional measurements for the check out. (Bra size - waist, hips and height are the minimum measurements necessary for this made to measure garment.

  • Made to measure may incur a pattern cutting fee.
  • Maximum height 5ft 9in to reach the floor.

IMPORTANT! We no longer ship worldwide. Increased costs and complications due to Brexit have resulted in our decision to only ship within the UK. But if you have a contact, friend or colleague based in the UK who can accept delivery for you, then we can ship to them.

We send most orders via Royal Mail and use completely plain wrapping. For a limited number of items, we can offer courier delivery. If available, it will show in your cart when you check out.

The estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page, in the checkout, and your purchase confirmation email. If your order contains a mix of same-day dispatch and longer estimates, the order will normally be consolidated to the later shipping time.

Once your order is on its way, it can take 1 to 2 working days to arrive.* Most deliveries require a signature on the receipt.

ROYAL MAIL INDUSTRIAL ACTION: 

Following some unacceptable delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes, we are now exploring switching all shipments to a courier service, 

 

 

Returns Information:

You have 21 days from receipt of your order to return items for a refund or an exchange. At Christmas and Valentines Day we allow extra time so your can shop early. Please read the instructions below before completing a returns request form.

Cancellation under Distance Selling Regulations

The Distance Selling Regulations allow you a “cooling off” period. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Cancellation must be in writing although no reason for cancellation is necessary. If you have already received the goods then for a cancellation you must return them unopened.

Exclusions

  1. * Made to order.
  2. Hosiery (stockings, leggings and tights)
  3. Body Stockings.Nipple covers. 
  4. Skin adhesive.

You cannot return any of the above (2 to 4) once they have been opened.

* Please provide accurate measurements when ordering a garment that is made for you. Alteration is only an option for garments that are too big.

We operate a 24 hour cooling off period on all made to order garments. So if you change your mind about the purchase you can still cancel without cost to you as long as you let us know within that 24 hours.

Trying on Garments

  • Do leave the tags on the garment until you are sure you are keeping it.
  • Do protect the garment from exposure to any fluids, make up or smoke.
  • Do remove any item, such as jewellery, that might snag the fine material
  • Do try on over your normal underwear

Repacking the Garment/s

  • Fold the garments as they arrived.
  • Use both the manufacturer package and the postal packing. Unwrapping the garment with care when it arrives will make it easier to return.

Take Care of the Garments in your Possession

Please look after the garment/s. The Distance Selling Regulations allow a reduction in the refund if the garment is not as new. If the garment is not "as new" we may offer a lower value refund or reject the return.

Return Postage

  • Use recorded postal service so that you can make a claim for loss or damage.
  • Check the Royal Mail (UK Customers) site for the most appropriate service.
  • We will only pay return postage where the goods are faulty or where we have made an error.
  • IMPORTANT - Overseas customers should not use a courier. Instead, use Airmail and mark the parcel RETURN.
  • Failure to mark the parcel as a return will most likely result in UK Customs trying to charge import duty. It is our company policy not to pay duty on returned items. So after 21 days Customs will reject the parcel and send it back to the sender.

Order Now for Christmas

  • Returns period extended until January. Any item bought after the 1st of October will be treated as a Christmas order and as long as it reaches us by the 14th January, and is a return eligible product (not stockings, tights or made to order) that will be fine. Take a look at the returns terms and conditions.
  • Look out for the yellow stars on some products! We are reducing many stock items, with savings in excess of 50%. This special offer will run all the way to Christmas, to save you some money on your Christmas shopping.
  • No international shipping - following the challenges of BREXIT, COVID and now the cost of living crisis and outbreaks of industrial action in the UK, we decided to withdraw from the export market and focus entirely on our home customers. There is only so much challenge a small company can face, and we have reached our limit.
  • Designer (made to order) luxury nightwear. As in previous years we recommend ordering early. The last order date for Christmas delivery will be Friday 9th December.

Yes, we did ship worldwide in the past. But then came Brexit, with its complications, increased bureaucracy, plus continually rising shipping costs. With regret, we decided we had no choice but to restrict our market to customers with a UK address. Please feel free to browse but remember, if you have no address within the British Isles, we can't ship to you.
