BREXIT ANNOUNCEMENT

We regret we are no longer able to ship to countries within the EU. The complexity and the bureaucracy involved plus the high likelihood of shipments being delayed or not arriving at the final destination has forced this decision on us.

 

How We Send Your Order

  • We ship either by Royal Mail or where possible courier, depending on order size and value.
  • We ship internationally to selected countries (see below for further information0
  • We use plain wrapping

 

Post & Packaging Charges

UK & Channel Islands

Royal Mail 48 Recorded Delivery - £4.95.  The time from dispatch to delivery is approximately 2 working days.

Royal Mail 24 Recorded Delivery - £6.00.  The time from dispatch to delivery is usually 1 working day.  We may on occasion upgrade to courier at no additional cost to you.

Special Delivery £9.95. Time from d1spatch to delivery - next working day by 1.0 pm guaranteed by the Royal Mail. We may on occasion upgrade to courier at no additional cost to you.

Special Delivery Saturday £13.00 (the  Channel Islands excluded). Saturday guaranteed. 

Please note, Channel Islands post has to go through Customs and therefore can be delayed. Also delivery to the outer islands can add a day to the delivery time. Please also note that we are obliged to put a Customs declaration on the outside of the packet. Lastly, for Channel Island orders, our system automatically strips out the VAT only if you enter Guernsey or Jersey as the country destination.

Shipping your order...

Dispatch varies depending on where our stock is warehoused or if the lingerie you have ordered is being made for you. Typically one to two days for stock items.

Many of our items are available for same-day shipping (Monday to Friday) if the order is placed before 12 noon UK time.

If your order includes a mix of items warehoused differently or includes stock and made-to-order items we will consolidate to the longest estimated dispatch time. So if you require the same-day dispatch items quickly we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

Made-to-measure and made-to-order items are usually shipped within 28 days but at peak times such as the run into Christmas and Valentines Day, it can take longer. 

How will the order be sent?

UK - Royal Mail Recorded Delivery unless Special Delivery has been selected - all require a signature on receipt.

International - Royal Mail or courier - Airmail, (tracked and or signed for)

You will be sent a shipping confirmation email when we send your order and it contains a tracking number. Please take note of that so that you can check your order if it has not arrived within the expected time. The confirmation email also includes information you may need if you decide to return an item. It is an automatic email generated by the system. If you don't receive it then it is probably in your spam folder. Free email programs are especially prone to false positives. 

All parcels and packets are very plainly wrapped 

Customer Special Instructions

We cannot pass delivery instructions through to your local postal service. If the post person tries to deliver when you are out they should leave a card and you will be able to arrange a re-delivery or collection.

International Shipping

We ship to a limited number of companies worldwide, including but not exclusive: USA, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore. The fixed post & packing charge is £20.00.  

 

VAT and International Orders

All our prices on the product pages are inclusive of VAT. 

However, if you are a customer from outside the United Kingdom, you do not pay VAT and when you place your order you will see the price in the check out will change to a lower amount when you have entered the delivery address as the system then recognises you are not liable for VAT.

There may be taxes payable in your own territory, which may be charged when the lingerie arrives in your country and we have no control over this. If you want to know what this is likely to be before you order we suggest that you contact your local Customs Authority for further information.
